See what our customers have to say about our cleaning services.I received excellent service and excellent results! My carpets look so much better. Reese was very professional and did a great job. Will definitely use this Chem-Dry again. The price was less than I expected, and very reasonable for how good my carpet looks afterward.

Reece was very thorough in cleaning our couch and chair. He took his time to slowly clean each cushion and then the framework. He was professional and had a confidence level that assured us that the work would be done correctly. I will always use this company from now on for everything.
I have used Chem Dry of Jax services, both professionally and personally for several years. They provide the best service in the industry as well as competent and courteous technicians to complete the work. I have nothing but good to say about Reese and his company. They are the best!!
I had Reese come out and did a whole house carpet cleaning am I must say this Chem-Dry is by far the best in the business. I will never use another company for my cleaning needs an with 3 kids an 2 dogs you can trust Ive use them all over the years. You definitely get what you pay for and this man is the best. Very professional and courteous.
I wanted to have the carpets in my new home cleaned before I moved in as the previous owners had pets. Reese had a very convenient time available for an appointment, quoted me a very reasonable price, and actually called the day of and asked to come early (which I was very happy with). This is a family owned business and Reese has an honest and friendly demeanor. He came in and completed the carpet cleaning promptly. I opted for the full works: cleaner, cleaner, and a protector. The carpets smelled nice (kind of a fresh lemony scent, nothing too “perfumey”) and dried that evening. It’s been several days and the carpets still smell clean and look great. I recommend Reese and his business. You won’t be disappointed.
I highly recommend Chem-Dry of Jacksonville, the technician (Reese) provided excellent customer service, my carpet looks fabulous, feels better when walking barefoot, also left a lovely citrus aroma. I am very happy with the results of cleaning. Thank you!

ChemDry Jacksonville came out to clean our large area rug and a walk-in closet carpeting that had water marks from a hot water heater leak. He did an excellent job, was on time—even early after calling me to say he could come earlier. Reasonable cost. We’re very pleased. I will use them again.
Had another carpet cleaning company come clean last Friday. Thought I was happy until it dried completely and there were still several stains like it had not even been touched. Called Chem-Dry of Jacksonville, came out today, difference in night and day! All stains removed. Thanks Very Pleased and will call them for now on. Thanks!

My dog peed on the couch and Chem-Dry of Jacksonville can put to clean it. While he was there he also cleaned the carpet in front of the couch. The tech did such an amazing job! The couch doesn’t smell at all and the carpet looks brand new and has stayed looking that way and it’s been about a month now. I highly recommend these guys! Very honest and trustworthy.
Reese confirmed our appointment on the scheduled morning, called me when enroute and arrived on time. He cleaned all carpeted rooms, 1 area rug and 1 vintage sofa chair in just over one hour. The carpets and rugs look great and he brought the old sofa chair back to life. Courteous and professional. Resse and Chem-Dry of Jacksonville are fantastic, they will have all our future business.
I had been using Chem-Dry of Jacksonville for years and then decided to go to a competitor. Today we had our carpets cleaned again by Chem-Dry and I am wondering why I ever left. Reese was very professional and took great care to be sure to take care of the pet, and other, stains we had. Even though I had moved most of our furniture before his arrival, Reese moved the rest of the furniture AND vacuumed!! I will be hard pressed to leave again and would recommend Chem-Dry of Jacksonville to any of our friends.

The rug looks amazing and I appreciated that Reece gave me a honest quote and actually came in a little under! I’d absolutely use them again!!
I’ve had my carpets cleaned for years — usually with disappointing results and inflated prizes (even with a coupon). I finally found a carpet cleaning company that does a great job at a reasonable price (no coupon needed). I am so happy that I called Chem Dry this time. My 15 year old carpets looked like new. Chem-Dry of Jacksonville is a family owned company that has been in business for over 25 years. I won’t use anyone else from now on.
Could not have been more pleased – had a large sectional sofa and area rug done – he spent over two hours and both look like new! I have used other cleaning companies, and have never had the results as today – and their pricing is very reasonable.
I am very pleased with the work Chem-Dry of Jacksonville did for me. I had four oriental rugs cleaned, two couches, and two chairs. They are very professional and courteous, and they perform outstanding work. Their prices are excellent!
