I had Reese come out and did a whole house carpet cleaning am I must say this Chem-Dry is by far the best in the business. I will never use another company for my cleaning needs an with 3 kids an 2 dogs you can trust Ive use them all over the years. You definitely get what you pay for and this man is the best. I wanted to have the carpets in my new home cleaned before I moved in as the previous owners had pets. Reese had a very convenient time available for an appointment, quoted me a very reasonable price, and actually called the day of and asked to come early (which I was very happy with). This is a family owned business and Reese has an honest and friendly demeanor. He came in and completed the carpet cleaning promptly. I opted for the full works: cleaner, cleaner, and a protector. The carpets smelled nice (kind of a fresh lemony scent, nothing too “perfumey”) and dried that evening. It’s been several days and the carpets still smell clean and look great. I recommend Reese and his business. You won’t be disappointed.

My dog peed on the couch and Chem-Dry of Jacksonville can put to clean it. While he was there he also cleaned the carpet in front of the couch. The tech did such an amazing job! The couch doesn’t smell at all and the carpet looks brand new and has stayed looking that way and it’s been about a month now. I highly recommend these guys! Very honest and trustworthy.
